The website www.clouvi.co (the "Website") is operated by Clouvi Studios Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202603304G). By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

This Website and all its content — including text, images, designs, code, and the names and marks "Clouvi" and "Est. 2026 Singapore" — belong to Clouvi Studios Pte. Ltd.

Heritage Statement: "Est. 2026 Singapore" refers to our design headquarters and founding year. It is a statement of brand identity and does not denote the country of manufacture.

Artwork, designs or concepts you submit for a custom commission remain your property. We use them only to produce your piece and do not reproduce or share them for any other purpose without your written consent.

By submitting words, names or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and that printing them does not infringe anyone else's rights.

General suggestions sent outside a formal commission (excluding personal data) may inform Clouvi's creative direction without compensation.

Website orders: Prices are set in Singapore dollars (SGD). Depending on where you are, checkout may show the amount in your local currency; the amount you pay is shown before you confirm. Your bank or our payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider on its own checkout page, where the available payment methods are shown. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Retail channels: Orders placed through our authorised retail channels, including TikTok Shop, are governed by that platform's terms and buyer protection policies. Clouvi Studios acts as the seller.

Made to order: Every piece is made for you after you order. We hold no stock.

Personalised items (pieces with your words or lettering) are paid at checkout. We print exactly as you type, so check spelling, spacing and capitals before ordering. On-screen previews are indicative; the printed result may differ slightly in size and position.

Review: Every personalised design is reviewed before production. We may adjust it for print quality, and we may decline wording we consider offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. Where we send you a design proof, production starts only after you approve it. If we cannot produce your design, we refund you in full.

Custom commissions (Craft Yours): No payment is taken when you send an enquiry. We agree the brief and price with you first, then send an invoice. Production begins once the invoice is paid.

We ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Shipping is SGD 10 per order, free for orders with a subtotal of SGD 150 or more.

Orders ship within 5–14 business days; for custom pieces, from when your design is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

For Malaysia and Indonesia, any import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient. For other countries, email hello@clouvi.co.

Please check your delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Cancellations: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email hello@clouvi.co with your order number. After 24 hours, production has started and the order is final. Custom commissions follow the same rule from when you pay the invoice.

Returns: Every piece is made for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Faulty or wrong items: If your piece arrives damaged, has a production fault, or is not what you ordered, email hello@clouvi.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will remake it at no cost. If a remake is not possible, we refund you in full.

Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email us. We will check with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will remake your order or refund you in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, are not affected.

Our tees are 100% combed cotton. Colours and previews on screen may differ slightly from the finished piece. Product details may be updated without notice.

Follow the care label: machine wash cold, do not tumble dry, iron low or steam. If you have sensitive skin, check the material and wash before first wear.

This Website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clouvi Studios Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

In accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), we collect only what we need:

• Orders: name, email, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, and any words you add for printing.
• Enquiries (chat or Craft Yours): name, email, WhatsApp number if you give it, and your message.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We do not receive your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through security checks and Google Analytics.
• On your device: your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. It stays on your device.

• To process, make and deliver your order, and send confirmations and updates.
• To respond to enquiries and custom briefs.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
• To understand how the Website is used and improve it.
• To comply with Singapore tax and accounting requirements.
• To send brand updates, only if you have opted in.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Clouvi, and only what each needs:

• Payment processing.
• Website hosting and security.
• Email and messaging services.
• Analytics (Google Analytics).
• Our production partners in Indonesia, for the order details needed to make your piece.
• Couriers, for delivery details.

We never sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose it where required by law.

International transfers: Some providers and our production partners are outside Singapore. Where data is transferred, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. Learn how Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Our payment provider's checkout page and the security check on our Craft Yours form may also use cookies needed for them to work.

• Enquiry data: kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting commission.
• Purchase data: kept for at least 5 years to meet legal obligations.
• Marketing data: kept until you withdraw consent, or after 7 years of inactivity.
• Analytics data: kept for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights: You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@clouvi.co. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We collect only what we need. Nothing more.
