Yes. You retain full ownership of any artwork submitted. Clouvi uses your artwork solely for production of your commissioned piece and nothing else.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering (for custom commissions, within 24 hours of paying the invoice). Email hello@clouvi.co with your order number. After that, production has started and your order is final.

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Every piece is made for you, so we don't accept returns for size or change of mind. If your piece arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email hello@clouvi.co within 7 days with photos and we'll remake it. Full details in Privacy & Terms.

Custom orders start from S$88. Final quotation is confirmed after brief review, based on design complexity, printing method, and quantity.
